    9 sets of bicep and tricep supersets curls straight bar, dumbell, pushdowns, triple crush, and push-ups
    3 sets 10 chin-ups
    3 sets of shrugs w/ 24kg k-bells
    5 sets 10 dips

    one legged dead lifts 3 minutes
    sumo squats 3 minutes
    prayer squats 2 minutes
    double clean and press 2 minutes
    swings 4 minutes

    15 seconds rest in between each set.
