    To preface, I am doing like a 40 yd jog as i am not supposed to sprint hard yet w/knee.
    4 circuits
    40 yd dash
    20 swings
    10 push ups

    3 circuits
    40 yd dash
    5 clean and press each arm

    5 minute Bear crawl and swing circuit.
