    when you say pull ups push ups and chin ups how many do you do and in how many sets. and rest time ?

    These workouts are based on a 15-20-30 second intervals. I go all out for say 15 seconds. Meaning I do as many push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc.. as I can in 15 seconds. Then rest for 15 seconds. It is a modified VO2 max using the Tabata method. I am recovering from knee surgery, so I can't swing, dead lift or snatch yet. I am trying to still bust a sweat doing this stuff. I try to do 5 exercises for 50 sets, that equals 10 circuits.
