    I thoroughly enjoyed reading your log. I think I may have learned a thing, perhaps two, as well. Question for you, how many kilos do you weigh and how tall are you?

    5 x 1 minute heavy bag
    3 x 1 minute 2 handed 32 kg swing
    1 x 7 minute 24kg t-g-us

    Your workouts seem outstanding. I'm considerably bigger than you, 100 kilos and 6 foot 4 inches tall. I'm not sure my old body can keep up with your regimen. I'm going to try and incorporate some of the stuff you have here into my workout, however. Thanks a lot for a very informative log.

    Glad to help Herr Oliverbush
    At a 100 kilos you should be able to handle a 16kg bell with no problem. Mt father is 72 and can still swing the 40kg for 2 minutes. Age is just a number. Set a realistic goal, and work up to it.
    Start with:
    2 handed Kettlebell swings for 5 sets of 10 reps with a 30 second rest. Eventually you do 2 sets of 25 reps with 30 seconds rest. Then 50 reps with no rest and so on....
    Kettlebell Turkish get-ups set the clock for 3 minutes and just go. Don't worry about how many, just keep going. Switch hands after each rep and focus. Enjoy
