Alright so basicly i am not supposed to do deadlifts till i get older because im 14...i do wrestler's bridge every other day but could i neck train every day? how many reps and sets for that exercise?
What are some other really good exercises that will build my neck fast?

115 lbs
Lean body type
neck is about 10-12in wide shooting for 16-17...
dont have a neck harness yet is it worth it?
