You can deadlift as long as you have good technique and start very light and work on technique more than anything else.

well i'm no expert, but, i've done football weightlifting, and sometimes that can mess you up, but the man above me did point out that having good technique and starting off light, that's excellent advice because it's smart to practice with light weights till you have you technique down.

I agree! Just start out light on the deadlifts ,then once you get stronger then increase your weight.Deadlifts good for the upper traps that connect to your neck.Plus you can do your neck routine 3 time a week.

I'm sure you can lift. I'm 14 and been lifting a year here in UK and wrestling a year as well. PM me if you would like to chat. Thanks and good luck. Any guys with good tips on how to improve the bridge would be most welcome as mine needs a lot of help LOL

light dead lifts are fine, you do them every time your mom asks you to pick a grocery bag or take out the garbage. bridging, you just have to keep working on to get better at, i make have the kids that i train do yoga bridges to improve their flexibility. be careful of your cervical spine on wrestling bridges and don't over-do-it..
