    Well, let me start of first by saying that I am of course typing this on September 3, 2010, but I have it entitled August 30, 2010. I've done this a lot for many of my workouts where I'll simply forget to put it in the day I did it, so no confusion about that hopefully.

    But what I mainly came here to say is that I am finally swicthing up my entire fitness/workout regimen that I've been going on for the past several months with great results in every aspect of my fitness, but over time after the same constant stuff I've slowed reasonably in gains of all sections of fitness, so I decided to switch to something new and hopefully start getting back on track again with new changes. That's why I've finally decided to start P90X Workout.

    I've heard a lot of good things about this workout regimen from more than anything else before, so I decided to give it a go, which I started August 30, 2010. And I've only got this to say about after only 5 days of it: Hard! I'll explain more in days to come. 5 Days down and 85 more to go. Hopefully by the end of November I'll be completely changed in a new and good way, and certainly better and exciting way, than now at least, in my overall fitness. I expect great things to come by sticking to the P90X Workout regimen, which I will abide to and follow religiously in order to ensure the total maximun benefit of it. Wish me luck!!!

    So here we go!! The beginning of my new P90X Workout regimen journey. Even though I'm posting this on September 3, 2010, this first workout was started and finished on August 30, 2010.

    P90X

    Day 1: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X

    Total Workout Time: 1 hour and 8 minutes and 57 seconds.
