On this day, instead of doing my usual follow-up to my previous workout I decided to try one of those "Burn" cardio type of classess at my local gym with my parents, and I really liked it. It was tough class that went at a very fast pace. It was mainly a cardio/core class. Those two specifics of my body were really trained. Now my next workout needs to follow up with my previous one, but I will definetly start doing this class some more. It was fun doing and trying a new thing. I'll try and find the exact name of the the class or workout.
