    Gymnast's Pull-up Routine

    Hanging Knee Raises-6x20

    Weighted Hyperextensions-6x12 @45lbs

    Weighted Pullups-5xF @25lbs

    Weighted Chinups-5xF @25lbs

    Notes: Also did a lot of calf work today along with some light, but high volume rack pulls.

    Weighted Dips-5xF @25lbs

    Notes: Did a lot of pistols today along with some more calf work.
