    Wrestling Conditioning

    Medium Seal


    Burpees (30, 20, 10) (replaced with crunches and pushups)

    Sit-ups (30, 20, 10)

    Crunches (30, 20, 10)

    Pushups (30, 20, 10)

    Scissor Kicks (30, 20, 10)

    Mountain Climbers (20)

    Goodmornings (30, 10)

    Notes: No rests between exercises. We did partner pullups and overhead presses in-between rounds.

    Pull-ups- 2 minutes straight.

    Various Shoulder Work w/10lb Plates.

    Circuit Workout #1

    1. Box Lunges
    2. Tire Toss
    3. Log Presses
    4. Sit-ups
    5. 3-Man Wind Sprint
    6. Pushups
    7. Elevated Rest Position
    8. Curls

    1 minute per circuit. No rest between circuits. 2 minutes rest between rounds. Repeat once more.

    Circuit Workout #2

    1. Log Squat & Curls
    2. Sit-ups
    3. Log Lunges
    4. 3-Man Wind Sprint
    5. Pushups
    6. Elevated Rest Position
    7. Dumbell Rows
    8. Box Jumps

    1 minute per circuit. No rest between circuits. 2 minutes rest between rounds. Repeat once more.

    7 Up Workout

    1. BB's
    2. Sit-ups
    3. Squat and Jump
    4. Pushups
