    Sit-ups (40,30, 20)

    Crunches (40, 30, 20)

    Pushups (40, 30, 20)

    Scissor Kicks (40, 30, 20)

    Mountain Climbers (30)

    Goodmornings (40, 20)

    Notes: No rests between exercises. 1 minute of rest in-between rounds.

    Pull-ups- 2 minutes straight.

    Notes: Got a new personal reocrd on the pushups. Got 70 in a row. Went from 60 to 70 in just under 2 months.

    *Repeat for 20 minutes nonstop.

    Circuit Workout #1

    1. F-B-S Lunges
    2. Box Jumps
    3. Log Press
    4. Sit and reach sit-ups
    5. Squat and Jump
    6. Log Curls
    7. Rest Position
    8. Run and Puke

    1 minute per circuit. No rest between circuits. 2 minutes rest between rounds. Repeat once more.

    Circuit Workout #2

    1. F-B-S Lunges
    2. Box Step-ups
    3. Log Press
    4. Burpees
    5. Squat and Jump
    6. 3-Man Log Press
    7. Pushups
    8. Run and Puke Reverse

    1 minute per circuit. No rest between circuits. 2 minutes rest between rounds. Repeat once more.

    7 Up Workout

    1. Pushups
    2. Sit-ups
    3. Squat and Jump

    Various Shoulder Work w/10lb Plates
