    Notes: Finally I have begun practice. After months of anticipating I'm finally here. I should continue to do this probaly until May or June. I'm gonna practice 2-3 days a week. I wish i could more like 4-5 days a week, but the place is to far away and would be too much for my parents.

    Good luck buddy. My son loves freestyle and greco season. He struggles a bit in freestyle because he is a funky wrestler, but he has great fun doing it. Keep training. You are a monster. Showed a couple of my kids your log, and they were truly impressed.

    Thanks a lot. I feel real good about the upcoming season. I felt great on the first day of practice. My conditioning and strength felt so much stronger than last time. And although its been some months since I last wrestled my technique felt great too.
