Love the calf raises. I am doing them at work.

Today I just ran. Took it real easy today.

Ran for 20 minutes straight, which would probaly be somewhere between 2.0-2.3 miles for me. The heat is unbearable down here in Louisiana. I might do some calisthenics later.

The most time I rest in between sets are 70secs and the lowest is 30secs, depending on how hard the exercise is. I'll usually take 2-5 minute break between exercises or I'll just move right on to my next exercise. I'll usually only take breaks between exercises that consists of the same muscle group. You can see I have 3 shoulder exercises right after another. I'll probaly rest my shoulders 2-5min before the next shoulder exercise. I usually take a 3min break(I like to keep it just long enough to when I move on to my next same muscle exercise that my muscles are still burning or soring). But when I'm moving on to another exercise that consists of a totally different muscle group, I won't take a break.

Do you take longer breaks when you lift weights for pure strength (deadlift) or explosiveness (power clean)?
