    No, I got all reps for each set without any problem. But if I can't handle the weight and I have no spotter, the bench has some saftey pins located a couple of inches below were I actually place the bar.

    Decided to take the rest of the week and all of next week off due to my back injury. During Christmas, I was attempting a deadlift max and tore my upper-right lat during one of the heavy warm-up sets. It still hasn't fully recovered after 5 weeks, so I'm going to use this break to try and fully get it back to 110% so I can get back to deadlifting. Also I'm extremely fatigued.

    I've been got the same injury for about weeks 3-4 now. It feels like its coming from your right shoulder blade right? I got the same thing on the same side. Except I think I got it while doing OHP.
