    I have a few questions for you.

    How old are you? How much do you weigh? How body fat % do you have? How long have you been doing these workouts? How long have you been wrestling? How good were you in wrestling? How often do you workout? Do you ever use grippers for grip training? Have you ever tried handstand exercises? if so what do you think of them?

    I am 14. I weigh about 138. I am about 3% or 4% bodyfat. I started working out around 3 years ago. Also, what kind of workouts are you reffering to? I've been wrestling for about 1 1/2 years. I workout 5 days a week(not including wrestling).

    Wow your 14 thats pretty surprising. So your in 9th grade? How good are you in wrestling ? And I am guessing you eat really healthy to be at 3 or 4% body fat, but could you give me like a sample of what you consume in a day? Also if your 138 pounds how tall are you?

    Actually I'm in 8th. I think I'm pretty good in wrestling. Had a winning season last year. Since I wasn't able to partake in Greco State, I had no choice but to do freestyle(horrible at this style), but I won it. Was pretty good at it. Basically tried and upper-body wrestle the kid the whole time since I wrestle Greco. I beat him 6-0 8-7 in finals.

    I can't really give you a sample of what I eat throughout the day because I kinda eat completely different things everyday. But I make sure it's healthy and full of calories and protein and anything else I need. I think I'm over 5'9, 5'10. Real lanky. If I was like 5'0 though, I would be so damn ripped and buff. I try and keep my BF% below 5% always.

    Greco, you are wise beyond your years. I am 38, and have learned a ton from you. So you see, you can learn from anyone regardless of age.

    Hanging Knee Raises-6x20

    Deadlift-1x5 @190lbs

    Notes: Horrible workout today. Got barely anything done. Had only like 45 minutes to workout because I had to get ready to go duck hunting today at 1:00PM. I had like 3-4 more exercises left. But still, I was really happy with what I got.

    Bench Press-5,5,5,4,3 @170lbs

    Overhead Press-5x5 @100lbs

    Hanging Knee Raises-6x20

    Pushups-6x20

    Dips-6x15

    Notes: Ok day today. Wasn't able to get my jumprope in which I'm mad about. So i'll have to make up for that tomorrow. The room which I regularly jump in was filled with people doing a yoga class, so I couldn't go in and disturb them. I was going to do it at home, but I felt way too tired after coming home. My bench doesn't seem to be getting any better. Since I wasn't able to get all 5x5 on my third attempt, I'm either going to deload or just increase weight and just do 6x3 or 5x3 maybe. Also wasn't able to get my bands in today, but I'm not as sad over that. But overall, pretty good day after a long absence.
