First Front Squat day on the Catalyst program. Legs are still a little jacked from this week so it took a few sets to get warm, but I eventually got into a pretty good groove.
Weighted Pull Ups
First time managing to hit these in a few weeks, or at least it feels like it.
Nice to stay consistent across here. Last few reps on sets two and three got a little interesting but I locked them out.

10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 Push Up
Did this back in November and it took me 8:30 back then, I have no idea what in the world I was doing that day because I was almost two minutes faster today and this was still slow. To the point where I was walking the Prowler the last ten meters during the last three or four rounds.
