Goal was six on the AMRAP but rep 5 was hard enough to where I decided it wasn't really in my best interest to push it and risk dumping the bar. Good start to heavy week on final Wendler cycle.
Happy with these. Got swinging back and forth too much on the second set, but came back strong on the final one. Weighted pull ups tomorrow and then I'll alternate weighted and unweighted on the movements next week.

Wasn't really sure on what I wanted to do today, so I decided to turn to my old standby of just making something up. Wasn't sure what this was going to feel like but I'm pretty happy with the time.
Only real goal here was to limit transition time going into the swings and I feel like I did that for the most part.
