    Goal was six on the AMRAP but rep 5 was hard enough to where I decided it wasn't really in my best interest to push it and risk dumping the bar. Good start to heavy week on final Wendler cycle.

    Happy with these. Got swinging back and forth too much on the second set, but came back strong on the final one. Weighted pull ups tomorrow and then I'll alternate weighted and unweighted on the movements next week.

    Wasn't really sure on what I wanted to do today, so I decided to turn to my old standby of just making something up. Wasn't sure what this was going to feel like but I'm pretty happy with the time.

    Only real goal here was to limit transition time going into the swings and I feel like I did that for the most part.

    Happy with this. 405x5 has been the goal that I had set for myself to hit by the end of my coaching season. Still going to keep deadlifting in my programming but this is probably going to be my last Wendler cycle on it.

    Like yesterday another kind of spur of the moment thing that I put together. Hadn't done pistols in a while and wanted to hit something with toes to bar in it, this went pretty well.

    The pistols were harder than I expected them to be. Toes to Bar were alright.

    Felt slow on all three attempts at 280. Was a little forward on the rep that I made at 265 but other than that things felt pretty good here. My coaching season ended yesterday so I'm looking forward to being able to spend more time focusing on improving here.

    Happy with this. Goal was to get to 100. No real strategy, just went. Only really looked at the clock twice after 1:00 when I was at 20 and after 5:00 when I was at 80.

    Knew I had at least 100 at the 5:00 mark focus from then on was on being efficient and not missing. I must have had a no rep somewhere because I thought I had 104.

    This was untimed and its a good thing for me that it was because this smashed me. Handstand push ups facing the wall were absolutely brutal.

    Happy with this. Goal coming in was to get at least four rounds and some running in the book. Finished the last round of supermans with about 45 seconds left and really sprinted to try and get the last 200 finished.

    Got to the gym a little bit later than I expected to so rather than hitting one of my deloads I just jumped in and hit this with a class. Goal was sub 5:00 so I was happy with how I did here.

    Really focused on going unbroken on the barbell. Burpees were tough to keep count on.

    Happy enough with how I did today despite not making a new record. Felt good as I was moving up through weights. Left the first attempt at 275 out in front of me and then short stepped the second one. Stopped and relaxed a minute then came back and stuck the third.

    285 is there if I decided to actually get under it. Short stepped all three attempts at the weight. Just didn't decide to get underneath it today.

    12.2 tomorrow. Goal is 75 reps.

    Disappointed.

    Paced the first thirty reps perfectly. Split them up 10/10/10 and finished in about 1:30.

    Transition was way too long, but got my first rep at 135 at about the 2:15 mark. Went 3/3/3/2/2 up to 13 reps and then singles the rest of the way. Just lacked any kind of urgency through the singles. Way too much time between reps.

    Finished 135 reps at maybe 1:30-1:45 to go. Two reps that I made at 165 were both full snatches. Had to stay in the bottom for a second with both reps before I stood up with them.

    First day working a new program where I press where I'm going to alternate every other week with a Max Effort day and a Volume day. 172.5 was a 2.5 pound PR and it wasn't particularly difficult. Definitely more in the tank here.

    Mentioned a few weeks ago that my affiliate was going to roll out a program here this month where members would have the opportunity to submit WOD's to possibly be included in this month's programming for the gym. This was the first one of those.

    Went about how I expected it to. Could/Should have been a little faster on the middle section but not really upset about how I did.

    Despite the fact that I didn't miss anything here, these were just off tonight. Legs were pretty sore from the last two days and as a result just didn't have any real pop. Reps at 245 and 255 were hilariously ugly.
