This was good. 9 reps either ties my PR at 135 or is a new PR have to check that out. Trying to be a little more conservative with my weight jumps as I work back up here to ensure more reps on my AMRAP sets.

This was good, good testing type workout. Got 27 in the first minute going really quick. Things slowed down a little bit afterward but still kept a good pace.
