    This was surprisingly tough. I knew the sit ups would affect the muscle ups but I got up after the round of 15 sit ups and my core was pretty smoked. Had to really buckle down and focus on the last three rounds of muscle ups.

    This was good. Original plan was to just do 8 rounds, but my times were still at or around 10 seconds and I was feeling good so I did two more.

    This wasn't anywhere near where what it should have been, but I got interrupted in the middle of what I was trying to do to go out and supervise a few members doing a workout with the prowler. Came back in and went after 185 and it wasn't happening.

    Cleans felt really good today. After crapping the bed on the snatch I joked that I was bound to PR here out of shear spite and I did. Footwork on the jerk felt off so after I missed I decided to forget about it and just go cleans.

    This was OK.

    Since the rope climbs were a little short I started each one sitting on the floor. Toes to bar were the sticking point here, they were fine during warm ups but once things got going they went to crap as they do occasionally.

    Was not looking forward to the lunges but they turned out to be probably the easiest part.

    Was disappointed here. Heavy week Wendler and was really looking to get 5 on the AMRAP set. First rep just didn't want to go anywhere.

    This on the other hand went really well, felt good through out. Could have even been a touch faster but I hit myself in the forehead with the bar on the first snatch.

    Once I got going I did a much better job at holding on to the bar than I normally do with high rep barbell stuff.

    Personal worst by 10 seconds.

    Was moving well through the first half, did 11 in a row which is about what I do normally when I do this workout and then did two doubles to get to the halfway mark upon which time I promptly fell apart.

    Way too much time between the clean and then getting the bar overhead, didn't have the pop.

    This was interesting to say the least.

    Paced the first round a little too much, got into a groove for the second and third rounds, hit a wall about halfway through the :30 round, but then summoned things up and came back hard for the last two rounds.

    This is one I'll look to repeat going forward.

    Faster than the awful performance that I put up on this workout back in July, but still off my PR. Second and third runs were too slow. Swings were good. Pull Ups were the sticking point and given how I've neglected them its disappointing but not surprising. Went UB/5, 4, 3/4, 3, 2, 2, 1

    Restarting Wendler here on this movement. Got to get used to doing higher reps with moderately heavy to heavy weights rather than just going really heavy for low reps like I've been doing for the last six or seven weeks.

    These went better than I expected them to. Like several other movements I'd fallen off on doing these recently.

    PR by all of :01, but I'll take it after how I've performed the last few days. Double unders were awesome, broke once at 23 during the round of 40 but were unbroken the rest of the way.

    Sit ups were hilariously bad, even worse than they were last time I did this.

    Hadn't touched this workout since March, would have liked to take a run at the full thing but didn't have time. Handstand push ups were strong as always. Pistols were excellent today, good as they'd ever been. Pull ups were broken after the first round.

    Was shooting for 5 rounds, but felt like this was a good pace. Extended out to 20:00 at this pace would have given me a small PR.

    Was originally planning on resting today and doing this along with some Oly stuff tomorrow, but I've got some things to get to tomorrow so I decided to bag the Oly lifting and push this today.

    Lifted this from Jay Rhodes , and absolutely loved it. Not really a great performance (see no reason why this shouldn't be at least 2:00 faster) but I will definitely be tucking this workout away and looking to repeat it at a later date.
