25/20/15/10/5 Sit Ups
1/2/3/4/5 Muscle Ups
This was surprisingly tough. I knew the sit ups would affect the muscle ups but I got up after the round of 15 sit ups and my core was pretty smoked. Had to really buckle down and focus on the last three rounds of muscle ups.

This was good. Original plan was to just do 8 rounds, but my times were still at or around 10 seconds and I was feeling good so I did two more.
