    10/10
    Warm Up

    Front Squat
    45x10
    135x5
    225x3
    255x3
    275x1
    295x1
    315x1

Got no bounce whatsoever on the rep at 315. Hit a major league sticking point about halfway up but ground through it and made the rep. 15 lbs below my PR, but this is the heaviest I've ever gone without a belt.

    Press
    45x10
    95x5
    120x5
    135x3
    150x5

Heavy week on Wendler here. Can't lie and say that I wouldn't have liked to get that 6th rep, but I'm not going to despair about this here.

    10/11
    Warm Up

    Power Clean
    95x5
    135x3
    165x2
    185x2
    205x2
225x0 (Lazy, just didn't get the bar high enough)
    225x2
235x1 (Went for a second rep here, but lost my hook grip on the way down)
    245x0 (Too heavy)
    245x0 (See above)

Its very seldom that I ever do this movement, let alone for multiple reps so this was definitely a PR for two reps, and probably a PR for one as well. Throwing some variety in to try and brake through the plateau that I'm at in my clean and jerk right now.

    For Time
    50/40/30/20/10 Double Unders
    2/4/6/8/10 Power Clean @135

    9:15

This actually went a lot better than I was expecting to given how little I've been doing double unders recently. Had issues with stringing sets together (not even one round was unbroken) but I didn't waste any time either. If I missed I reset and got going right again.

    Warm Up

    "Cindy"

    AMRAP 20
    5 Pull Ups
    10 Push Ups
    15 Squats

    20 Rounds + 1 Pull Up

20+ was the goal coming in (its been the goal since the first time I did this workout) so very happy to come in and knock this off.

Came out of the gate absolutely flying, but as expected slowed down through the middle rounds. Pull ups and squats were all unbroken and quick, once the push ups broke they got ugly pretty quickly.

    Warm Up

    Snatch Pulls
    95x3
    115x3
    135x3
    165x3
    185x3
    205x3
    215x3

Have never really liked these very much. Don't do them very often because they always just feel awkward much more so than when I just snatch. Like the power cleans on Tuesday though hoping that this can help me break through the little plateau that I've hit here.

    2 RFT
    Row 1k
    Rest work time

    3:20.9, 3:34.9

Original plan here was to row a 3:30 on the first round and then go all out on the second row and try and pull a negative split. I got about 300 meters into the first round and just decided to go.

    Warm Up

    Snatch
    95x3
    135x3
    155x1
    170x1
    180x1
    190x1
    200x0
    200x0
    200x0

Just felt off here today, left all three attempts at 200 out in front.

    Clean and Jerk
    135x3
    185x1
    215x1
    230x1
    245x1
    260x0
    260x1
    270x0
    270x0

Wasn't sure what to expect here given that I hadn't done this full movement heavy in a while. Glad to make 260, but should have made at least one of the cleans at 270.

    Front Squat
    155x5
    225x2
    255x1
    285x1
    305x1
    320x0
    320x1
    335x0

Just grinding through these here, was starting to get tired. Didn't get enough of a bounce on the first attempt at 320. 335 was just too heavy.

    Warm Up

    "The Seven"

    7 RFT
    7 Handstand Push Ups
    7 Thrusters @135
    7 Knees to Elbows
    7 Deadlifts @245
    7 Burpees
    7 Swings @2 pood
    7 Pull Ups

    40:30

This was rough. Coming in the goal was to try and do this in about 35-36:00 so not quite what I wanted to get done. First time I've knocked out this full workout as written.

Did a scaled version of it that the gym programmed last fall, and then this past winter was in the process of pushing through the full thing but ran short on time and had to cut it to get to work.

Handstand push ups, deadlifts, burpees, and swings were all unbroken. Burpees though were very slow.

    Warm Up

    Press
    45x10
    95x5
    135x3
    150x5
    155x2
    135x8

Initially this was supposed to be my deload week, but the gym had programmed a 5RM Press component so I jumped in and decided to do that.

150 tied my 5RM from last week so I'm satisfied enough. Would have liked to put a better showing up at 155 but I was doing this in my sneakers rather than my lifting shoes and just never felt stable during the set. The rep out at 135 felt good.

    AMRAP 20
    Run 200 m
    7 Muscle Ups
    Run 200 m
    7 Handstand Push Ups
    Run 200 m
    :20 L-Sit Hold
    Run 200 m
    20 Pistols

Liked the skill components of today's .com but unfortunately didn't have the 40-45:00 that it would have taken me to do it.

L-Sits were really bad, everything else was ok.

    Warm Up

    Back Squat
    45x10
    135x8
    225x5
    275x2
    315x1
    335x1
    355x2

First back squats here in a few weeks. Felt like I got pulled forward on a few reps, but weight wise I'm happy about today. Did exactly what I came in looking to do. 355 is a new 2RM by 5 lbs.

    3 RFT
    10 Overhead Squats @135
    50 Double Unders

    7:12

This is a PR by 22 seconds from when I did this back during the summer but it was short of what I wanted to do today.

Was shooting to come in at or around 6:30 and was on pace after the first two rounds but wound up falling apart during the last set of double unders.

    Warm Up

    10 Rounds
    Sprint 100 m
    Rest 90 seconds

    1. 12.8
    2. 11.9
    3. 15.2
    4. 14.9
    5. 15.3
    6. 15.3
    7. 15.4
    8. 15.6
    9. 15.8
    10. 16.1

Odd how these splits wound up comparing to the last time that I did this workout.

Last time all my splits were between 13.5-14.5 seconds, then this time the range opened up by almost two more seconds each way.
