415 is a 5 lb PR for a triple, but it was tough. These felt heavy through out so I decided to take the PR and cut things even though I technically still had a set remaining.
Weighted Pull Up
These were alright, would have liked to have gotten up to around 9 or so for the AMRAP set.

Would have had 12 again on the last set, but I had decided to do a muscle up into the higher rings on the last one and I got swinging back and forth too much.
