These are coming along, slowly. Making 195 again was a nice confidence booster, just need to stop letting my head mess with me when I'm trying to PR.
50/40/30/20/10 Double Unders
50/40/30/20/10 Sit Ups
PR by 1:33, probably the most effective I've ever been with the rope on any Crossfit WOD. Missed twice getting started on the round of 50 but once I got going I went unbroken. 40 and 30 broke once apiece. 20 and 10 were both unbroken.
Sit ups were hilariously slow.
Handstand Push Ups
This was a little slower than I would have liked to see it. Core was still smoked from Annie and as a result wound up failing on a few muscle ups.
