    These are coming along, slowly. Making 195 again was a nice confidence booster, just need to stop letting my head mess with me when I'm trying to PR.

    PR by 1:33, probably the most effective I've ever been with the rope on any Crossfit WOD. Missed twice getting started on the round of 50 but once I got going I went unbroken. 40 and 30 broke once apiece. 20 and 10 were both unbroken.

    Sit ups were hilariously slow.

    This was a little slower than I would have liked to see it. Core was still smoked from Annie and as a result wound up failing on a few muscle ups.

    Similar to the snatch, I'm progressing here albeit a little slower than my liking. Happy about the PR, just have to stop head gaming myself as the weights climb.

    Wasn't sure what to expect time wise here, but looking at my time for 30 muscle ups along with what I would expect my time to be on a Grace with full cleans and putting them together you come out to 12-13 minutes so I'm happy with this here.

    Muscle ups never really felt comfortable, but I only wound up missing one.

    1:48 off my PR from back in November, this was tough in the heat. Was shooting for sub 25:00 and was on pace until the chest to bars and the DB cleans both of which took way too long.

    I came in expecting these to be downright unpleasant, but they were actually easier than I thought they'd be.

    Will readily admit that I was nervous going into this workout, had visions of blowing up and pulling a 1:55 or so dancing in my head.

    Goal was to stay in the ~1:40 range for the rows.

    Was kind of pressed for time, so I wound up trying to fit this in really quick. Jumps were too big. Left the first 205 attempt way out in front of me, and then was just slow on the second and third ones.

    This was tough, much tougher than I thought.

    Ceiling in our gym are low so the rope climbs were somewhere between 10-12'. I did my best to make up for that by starting each climb from the floor figuring that I covered roughly the same distance doing that as I would if I took a flying leap to start a 15' climb.

    Haven't done many 5's (before starting this template anyway) since I've started Crossfit, but 305 is my old 5RM and it was pretty easy.

    Have had it in my mind since last Friday when the DB cleans in the Lumberjack 20 smashed me that I wanted to do this this week. Pretty satisfied with this given that these two movements are both major goats.

    Moved through the cleans easier than I thought, and then just chipped away at the ring dips.

    I pressed 260 out pretty significantly, but I got it overhead and that's all I was really worried about. Only the second time I've ever cleaned 260, it was a really smooth rep.

    Had 265 racked twice but was too forward both times and lost it.

    Other than the squats did exactly what I was looking to do on every movement here.

    Next time i hit this I think I may back the row down to 7's across and try and go into the squats with fresher legs, I had to row really hard on the last few to get to 8 calories and I think that hurt me on the squats.

    15 Rounds + 120 m

    PR by 130 m.

    Finished the 15th round right at the time limit and went into round 16 basically checked out mentally since I knew that I had PR'd already and knew that I wasn't going to finish 16.

    Should have pushed harder on that last round.
