    I'm a senior in college.

    I'm "retired". When I wrestled it was primarily just folkstyle, I did a little bit of Free and Greco stuff but never really took to it very well.

    My weight bounces around from around like 196-203 depending on my diet and how often I'm able to get into the gym over a period of time.

    5x5 Pull ups
    4x12 Dips
    6x10 Hanging Knee Raises

    This was one of the harder work outs that I've put myself through in a while. Felt good though.

    I'm going to school to be a history teacher, and I plan on coaching wrestling once I get a job somewhere.

    I've debated about the BJJ thing if I could find a solid spot as well as considering some other stuff.

    Decided just out of curiosity to try 80's on my 1 Arm DB Snatches...just missed on them a few times.
