    Freaking jacked about this time. Did this as part of a team that our affiliate put together for a local rowing competition. Was a PR by 14.3 seconds and going sub 7:00 knocked off one of my goals for this year.

    All four members of our team PR'd and we won the competition by over 19 seconds, prize was a new Concept 2.

    Frustrating day...

    Missed squat just pinned me at the bottom, I wound up having to dump the bar which scraped my back up a little as it rolled off. Both misses on the press got up to about nose level and just got stuck.

    Watching the film on my 425 deadlift, my set up was lazy. I was already rounded before I even went to pull. When I pulled I rounded more, the bar came up off the ground but I felt something tweak and then my left leg tingled so I dropped the bar and cut things short right there.

    Probably not the smartest thing to do to come in and do this after doing an all out 2k row yesterday, but it is what it is I guess. Hoping the back isn't too bad.

    So I pretty much suck. Just an awful, awful day. Will post video, maybe...

    Trying to get used to the hook grip with heavier weight (PR of 190 was done with just a regular grip), and it wasn't happening.

    Trying to keep from bending my arms early and not finishing my pull, and it wasn't happening.

    Trying to keep from mind f'ing myself about my back still being a little sore, and it wasn't happening.

    This Wilkes Seminar that I'm attending next weekend is definitely looking like it'll be money very well spent.

    Nice little rebound workout after struggling yesterday, pull ups were done as singles through out both to try and maintain the L form and just not to burn out.

    First time doing pistols in my lifting shoes, liked that a lot.

    PR for this from a couple of months ago is 45" but I was just playing around here. 42 felt harder than I thought it should have so I tapped out while I was still ahead.

    1-13-1 (172 swings in approximately 23:00)

    This was easy, I've got experience with these before Crossfit.

    Hadn't done these for a while. 245 ties my 1RM from a month and a half ago.

    Death by Ring Dips
    12 Rounds + 11 (89 ring dips in 13:00)

    Liked this a lot, ring dips are something that I definitely need to work on. Not quite what I wanted, wanted to get to at least 100 reps.

    Will try and work this in on maybe a bi-weekly basis.
