    Little disappointed as I came in wanting to total at least 750. The big jump and miss on my last clean kind of put me behind the eight ball a little bit. Definitely didn't expect to put my biggest number up on the bench.

    Weights felt good here. After failing at 170 the last couple of times I'd tried to press went and micro loaded today and moved up by two pounds. BW Press is coming along albeit slowly.

    All weights felt good here. Felt like I may have slightly push jerked my third reps on sets four and five.

    Wound up setting pins high on these and just letting the weight drop and resetting every rep after the first set. Weight was going up fine but catching the weight at the bottom was just brutal. Maybe not in the "spirit" of the workout, but it worked for me.
