    Basically the same workout as 11/17 save for the 20 Burpee buy in this time. Two weeks ago my double unders were serviceable, today they were awful.

    Just playing around here at the end. Had I not done the squat cleans during the team workout I'd have gone up to at least try 48" but decided not to push my luck.

    This was my goal when I first attempted this workout about a month and a half ago so I'm pretty satisfied with this performance. Just missed sneaking in one last handstand push up at the buzzer.

    Rows were all solid, times ranged from about 1:46-1:54. Rounds 3-5 on the thrusters slowed me down pretty good.

    Harder than I thought it was going to be.

    Depth was good, and all weights went up but some of these squats were ugly. Wasn't forcing my knees out enough.

    Hardest part here was holding the handstand, but this is definitely something I want to get better at so that I can progress to handstand walking.

    First time doing this workout. Minor hand tear on the knees to elbows and having to use a borrowed jump rope slowed me down a little bit.

    Would have liked to go closer to 25:00 but I'll take this.
