    Did a version of "jack" this morning. Used double 24s for clean and jerk instead of barbell. nice w/out..

    Nice.

    PP's are what really took it out of me doing that workout so I can only imagine what doing double C&J's must have been.

    Swings with the 24 were easy (I see you used the 32 though) and then the box jumps were about as much of a "rest" as you could get.
