20 GHD/Abmat Sit Ups
3 Rounds + 10 Ring Pull Ups + 10 Overhead Squats
Got all 5 muscle ups in the first round (including the first two unbroken) and then 2 of them in the second round, then had to switch to ring pull ups. We only have 1 GHD in our gym so I'd start out on Abmat sit ups and then switch to the GHD to finish when it was open. Generally did 10 Abmat and 15 GHD sit ups per round.
Toes to bar are still tough.

Tough...
Got halfway through the cleans in the first round and wound up having to drop the weight as I was dragging ass. Then dropped the weight on the deads for the second round as well.
Weight: 181.5
Going to start playing around with my diet a little bit, looking to gain some weight and get up to around 190'ish
