    Am starting Crossfit, so after this morning's work out on my own I got back in this afternoon for my first official session at the new affiliate down here.

    Minimal rest between exercises. Finished whole thing in about 17 or 18 minutes

    Run 400 m

    Finished in 19:37. Did first three rounds of thrusters with 95 then cycled down to 75 for the last two.
