    that was great. right on point. that's how i snatch the dumbell from the ground. i think i'll put the kettlebell to the test tonight. too bad my biggest bell is 10 lighter than my 45's.

    3x10 T-bar rows @90
    2x15 Preacher Curl @60

    I may be upping my Overhead squat weight a little bit here soon. Although given what happened just about a month ago that will definitely be a tentative process.

    20 Dips

    I'm just going to keep upping the DB Snatch weight until I can't complete it. I thought 45 was going to be the weight, but 50 went pretty easily.
