    *Doing the box jumps with a 35 pound dumbbell in each hand, saw Cormier doing them in a video on Flo and decided to give them a shot

    What are the gymnast's pull ups? The "swing-ups"?

    I didn't come up with the name (stole it from grecowrestler13) but here is what it is...

    Max wide grip pull ups

    Rest 10 seconds

    Max regular pull ups

    Rest 10 seconds

    Max regular chin ups

    Rest 10 seconds

    Max narrow grip chin ups

    You do this sequence three times.

    Those sound really solid. Thanks for filling me in, I think I will start using that in my workouts soon.
