    Warm Up: Bike 1.25 Miles (5'ish minutes)
    4x5 Overhead Squats @160
    4x6 Man Makers @35 (Up these next week)
    4x12 Calf Raises @450
    4x8 Fat Bar Pull Downs @160
    3x15 Hanging Knee Raises

    Power was out in my gym for the first half hour or so of the work out so I didn't get a chance to do my warm up run, and then wound up stretching and doing overheads by skylight.
