    More or less. I don't live directly at the beach, but I be at several different beaches all within half an hour or so.

    I also work at the beach, so most of my runs are either right before or right after I get on or off work.

    Max on Wide Grip Pull Ups
    Rest 10 Seconds
    Max on Regular Grip Pull Ups
    Rest 10 Seconds
    Max on Regular Grip Chin Ups
    Rest 10 Seconds
    Max on Narrow Grip Chin Ups
    Rest

    Do the above 3 times. I managed 61 total for my first go round, narrow grip chins are what killed me.
