    Warm Up: 12 Minutes
    10/8/6/4/1 Incline Bench @135, 155, 170, 185, 205
    4x4 Overhead Press @175 (These were HARD, what I get for not eating at all today)
    4x8 Leg Press @405
    1x16 Pull Ups (To failure)
    1x23 Dips (To failure)

    Will try and get a diet overview up sometime this weekend. Its difficult though because other than my breakfast what and how much I eat tends to change from day to day.

    Well here this is anyway, my standard breakfast...

    Pro-Max Protein Bar 280 cal
    Large Banana 120 cal
    16 oz Skim Milk + 2 Scoops Muscle Milk 480 cal

    Total: 880 calories

    I repeat the 16 oz of Milk + 2 Scoops Muscle Milk after my workouts.

    Will try I guess to continue working out standard or at least most common lunches and dinners.

    Kind of tore my feet up on the run today, although the barefoot walk on the steaming hot blacktop could have done me too I guess.
