    no offense, but you're totally wrong about the shrugs...those are critical for wrestlers. having a strong neck is of incredible importance and it is the ONLY exercise that will tax your neck and traps that hard. the deadlift helps but isn't as neck specific. for all young wrestlers out there: the shrug is absolutely not exclusively a bodybuilder's exercise.
