    Had to get in and out quick, managed this in about half an hour.

    Is it bad to work out every day? Or is every other day better?

    It depends on your overall fitness level, and the goals that you're working towards.

    If you're just getting started working out then you may want to take some days in between work outs or if you're going to work out every day keep your intensity a little lower until you build yourself a good base.

    Weight: 188.5

    Had goals of 350 for squats and 200 for overhead press for this month, and failed at both...

    Not all bad though, as 6x6 is the best I've done for pull ups and I had more in me.
