Nice! No offense, but I would leave out the lat machine and DB shrugs. I stay away from bodybuilding exercises.
They're just two ancillary exercises, its not like my workout is built around them.
Basically some weeks I do them, some I don't. The three that are always constant on Mondays anyway are Squats, OHP's, and Pull ups.
