    First time I've done overheads or 1 arm snatches in two weeks. Went pretty well all things considered.

    5'11", I float between like 198 and 206 or so depending on whether or not its a fat day or a skinny day.

    4x8 Pistol Squats @35
    3x15 Plate Swings @45
    5x5 Pull Ups
    4x12 Dips

    Knee felt a little goofy from yesterday when I landed funny as I caught one of my snatches so I decided to give pistol squats a try to stretch it out. They went surprisingly well.
