I weigh 120ish hydrated, and natural body waste in my system. I'm looking to wrestle at 119, possible even 114 (2lb allowance) 115 (Tournaments 3lb allowance).

Well first of all, before I begin, should I wrestle the lower weights? I'm strong for my size, quite strong, but I worry that If I wrestle at my natural weight class (119), I will overpowered by the cutters, who weigh naturally more than me.

Last year, I weighed about the same as I do now, maybe a little less, but by the end of the season, at state, I weighed in at 111.6...Which shows that I can cut the weight..

Anyways, to make a long story short. I'm running cross country to make my cardiovascular system more efficient, but I want to start building muscular endurance and strength. I don't want to get sooo heavy so as to that I won't be able to make the lower weights.

So what should I do and what supplements should I take?
