Jack3d is a pre-workout supplement, all it really does is helps you focus on what you need to do and gives you a good pump for lifting. I took it during the summer and had some amazing workouts.
Creatine can be a pre workout supplement as well, it helps with strength gains and your endurance, it just doesn't give you a huge boost of energy like Jack3d and all the other products like that. It also can hold water weight but its not that big of a deal if you workout hard, just drink lots of water or you will get diarrhea.
I'm pretty sure L-Glutamine is for after you workout, if not then I'm thinking about whey protien which you really need to be taking if you are working out hard. It helps your muscles repair for another hard workout. I recommend Optimum Nutrition, cookies and cream or strawberry bananna. That's all I have tried but the flavors are so great I'm sure they are all good.
Fish Oil helps your joints pretty much, I take one everyday a long with my multi-vitamin which you should also be taking. Keeps you from getting sick and hurt.

No your strength doesn't leave as long as you keep lifting, I haven't used creatine in a while and I'm doing fantastic.
You can use Jack3d before wrestling if you want, I'm thinking about doing it but not sure. The reason is because it gives you a lot of energy and depending on when you wrestle, how hard you wrestle, and what it does to you, you could be up all night!
Try it before you work out and see how it affects you, then go from there. The first time I used it it felt like my skin was crawling! After that i just had a good pump until I had more of it or didn't eat anything. Also not recommended! Don't have too much either! I've had my breakfast come out a couple times, maybe that's because I push myself though?

My wrestling practices are from 7-9, so I don't think I'll take it if it will affect my sleep.

You got it man, Yea I wouldn't taked Jack3d if your wrestling practices are at that time, unless maybe you did a hard workout before so you could still have a little bit left for practice. I don't know how you work so maybe try it out if you feel you really need it. haha.
