I know the supplements you take are dependent on what your individuals goals are ie are you looking to add bulk, get lean, joint and muscle recovery etc.

My main concern was cleaning up my diet as supplements should only be used to add on to a healthy diet. Luckily i work out so much that i have managed to stay pretty lean and i have a naturally stocky frame so i am not too concerned with adding bulk at the moment. My biggest concern right now is joint and muscle recovery as i take a beating on a daily basis. I figure eating healthy will help a lot with that.

In a few months I will look to add some more muscle for competition purposes.
