I wrestled/worked out on an empty stomach some of the time during freestyle. It never bothered me too much, but it did kind of burn. It wasn't too bad and I never really noticed it until after practice. I always like having an apple and some yogurt before I hit the weights or wrestle. Anything light and fresh, like most fruits and veggies. I usually eat protein after.

I woke up, brushed my teeth, got dressed, and went straight to the gym to lift. Did squats and 4x5 and then leg curls and when I got to deadlifts, I felt dead.

Yeah, I'm dumb for not getting some energy in me.

I went to the gym today after eating very little and could hardly dead lift 405
and my max is 455. I also could barely dumbell press 85s when i normally rep 95/100s
