    125/50/125/50 -sprint/bear crawl/"handstand" sprint*/bear crawl

    *handstand sprints: partner holds feet, you use hands. I did this with a friend so after I did my 3 sets we switched off. Don't know the technical name of this exercise.

    Been sick these past two weeks and no doubt some strength and stamina has withered, but getting it back will be easy.

    On my quest to keep my cardio up:

    july 4

    x3
    10 pullups
    20 pushups
    30 squats
    40 calf raises

    x1
    run 2 miles (under 16min)

    August 31

    x4 Circuits (30 sec max 10 sec rest)
    Lat Pulldowns
    Weighted Pushups
    Leg Raises
    Dips
    Clean n' Jerks

    Tabata Sprints
    1 mile run (under 8:00)
