    Default Endurance Workout Log

    On my quest to keep my cardio up:

    june 7
    x4
    1 set:
    50 prison squats
    20 staggered pushups
    50 alternating squats
    20 push ups
    50 jumping squats
    20 explosive pushups

    no rest inbetween exercises, 40 sec between sets
