Hey!
I was a freshman this year and i join our highschool wrestling team. I weighed in about 150lb. We didnt have anyone for 152lb spot. So as i freshman, i wrestled this spot. My coach told me that this was one of the hardest spots, especially for a Freshman. He was correct. I went 6wins and 18 losses. If anyone knows the best workouts for Arm strength, Leg strength and endurance, please let me know. and please post weights in lbs.
