Hey! I was a freshman this year and i join our highschool wrestling team. I weighed in about 150lb. We didnt have anyone for 152lb spot. So as i freshman, i wrestled this spot. My coach told me that this was one of the hardest spots, especially for a Freshman. He was correct. I went 6wins and 18 losses. If anyone knows the best workouts for Arm strength, Leg strength and endurance, please let me know. and please post weights in lbs. Thank you in advance. |

Those things are the least of your concernces .Learn how to wrestlefirst -learn some technique and the muscles will come . You will either A-get tired of getting your ass kicked or B-find a way to win . I really hope you choose B . PS-congrats on winning 6 matches . |

Great job stepping up for the team. Great job sticking it out as well. I sound like a broken record, but I have found Kettlebell training to be an invaluable way to train for wrestling. It contains strength, cardio and mental training all in one diabolical piece of equipment.. I train several HS wrestlers, and Kettlbell training has helped them immensely.
