    Default I need help geting MAD

    i need to get mean and be mean when i need it. I 'am a 250 frosh. i was a little mad like 5% on a dual on Thursday and i don't remember how but I reacted fast when the guy what for a head and arm so I what for a single leg and ran it and pin I won in 1:30. i what to get to 100% mad but control it because i saw this crack head who was pissed a got DQ. and he was winning by a lot help me.

    Don't confuse getting MAD with getting intense. When a wrestler gets mad, he usually loses control and gets sloppy. Develop the ability to be intense and focused, yet always in control, so you can wrestle hard and forcefully, but still do the moves properly.

    Think about this: you want to win more than anything in the world, and that guy is trying to take that victory away from you.

    Good Advice. Spider is correct. Getting mad blocks your thought process. I don't think there is anything known as "Controlled Anger".
