hi guys..this is my first year wrestling but i have picked it up quite fast. i just got back from a match and lost due to the fact my opponent was alot stronger but technique was alot better. i have a couple questions

1) I am a athletic and somewhat strong guy @ 135-140, but what are good ways to start off a match? my opponents are usually stronger and more experianced

2) After a failed shot attempt, i have a HARD time sitting back up. it just seems impossible when hes sitting on top of you and kicking his legs back

can anyone help me? all replies will be read
