Getting ready for college wrestling
I have a few things that I know I need to work on over the next few months having to deal with technique, strength and conditioning in order to be ready to wrestle in college next fall. I am a senior and I way almost 285 which a majority of it is muscle. However I am trying to get down to 265 which I feel will make me more competitive. My strength is prettu good however I feel I need to take the next step up to be great in college. Coming from a program where conditioning was something I don't think we did well I do also feel I need different ways to do a lot of that. And also technique. If there is anyone who could help me with all of these questions and concerns I would greatly apreciate it. Thank you.
