Idea Getting ready for college wrestling

I have a few things that I know I need to work on over the next few months having to deal with technique, strength and conditioning in order to be ready to wrestle in college next fall. I am a senior and I way almost 285 which a majority of it is muscle. However I am trying to get down to 265 which I feel will make me more competitive. My strength is prettu good however I feel I need to take the next step up to be great in college. Coming from a program where conditioning was something I don't think we did well I do also feel I need different ways to do a lot of that. And also technique. If there is anyone who could help me with all of these questions and concerns I would greatly apreciate it. Thank you.

The Biggest Difference Between College and Highschool Wrestling is Two things College Wrestlers will use 2 takes downs 2 pins 1 escape and 1 reversal so that they can spend more time learning defense and the other thing is Cardio they rarely ever get gassed REally for cardio do sprints Burpees Shutle runs Randy Couture Endurance work out and do Tabata Rounds like Round 1: BW Squats
    Round 2: Pushups
    Round 3: Burpees
each for 4 mins and try to do as many reps as you can for each heres a video of randy coutures endurance lifting
    Bent rows x8 (Back)
Upright rows x8 (Traps and Shoulders)
    Military press x8 (Shoulders)
Good morning x8 (Lower back and hamstrings)
    Lunges x8 (each leg) (quads,hams,glutes)
Squat push press x8 (mostly shoulders but also quads, hams, glutes,)
Deadlift x8 (Lower back, hams, glutes (traps when weight is heavier)… depends on the form you use) do 1 min rests between each set do 3-5 sets or even more if you want to die

and then technique wise get real good at Sprawls and Clinch Defense and control and then get Good at 2 or 3 of your High accurate take downs your one most landed till you get them to persision nd then 2 or 3 pins till you master them and work on Escape and for Strength lifting do olympic lifts ill give you a work out 2 do 2-3 days a week for lifting basically consists of Squats Deadlifts Bench Lots of Rows makes your neck stronger and helps alot with double legs Clean and Press so basically Snatches and then do alot of Grip Training and do Militry presses dont do Curls do lifts that target a big setion of muscles without have to target one at a time and i hope that helped if you want to ask me some questions feel free too Goodluck with next season i wish the best for you

If You have the stuff to do this it would be a pretty damn good cardio workout
